What would you recommend me when it comes to accommodation - homestay or shared housing?

We advise people who choose to stay in a SHARED APARTMENT that they should be adaptable and prepared to live with other people from different nationalities and cultures and to be respectful of their way of living and believing.

The tenants are collectively responsible for keeping the whole apartment clean and tidy. The school expects that all the tenants will respect each other and clean the kitchen and the bathroom after use.

The school will take care of cleaning all common areas once a week. Please note that you are responsible for cleaning your own room during your stay.

Be aware that catering is only offered when staying with a host family. In a shared flat you are responsible to cook for yourself. If you would like to train your Spanish after school, too, we recommend you to stay with a host family. If you need a bit more privacy and independence, you should consider booking a shared apartment.
