Are textbooks included in the price?

The homework book is included in the course price. The grammar book can be lent with a refundable deposit or bought (20EUR).

What Spanish Program structure will I follow during my course?

The main goal of the Spanish course is to improve communication focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Spanish.

In what language will the class be held?

The lessons are held in Spanish. All our teachers are well trained and have extended experience in teaching Spanish to foreigners who do not have any prior knowledge of the language.

How do I know which course level to enroll in?

When booking, you will be asked to estimate your current level. After booking, you will be invited to take a placement test so that we can assign you to a course that corresponds to your level of Spanish.

Are there any courses for beginners that are not intensive?

In our range of courses, we offer intensive group courses and private classes. If you won’t be able to attend classes every day (Monday through Friday), we recommend you to book private classes, which generally take place in the afternoon.

Do you offer classes suitable for a child and a parent?

Our courses are for students of minimum 16 years. We can offer private lessons for parents and children. We organise this type of tailormade lessons focusing on the children’s level and suitable topics and content, this way everyone can enjoy this family activity together.

Can I switch classes if I think the level is not right for me?

Our teachers can check your level and if necessary we would place you in another group.

How much time do I need to learn Spanish?

If you are an absolute beginner and want to reach a level that allows you to understand and speak in everyday situations, you may want to complete the A1 and A2 levels, which takes 9 weeks of intensive courses.

What level will I have after I have finished my intensive course?

It depends on the level you have when starting the course and on the number of weeks you participate in class. A1 - 4 weeks A2 - 5 weeks B1 - 7 weeks B2 - 8 weeks C1 - 12 weeks C2 - 14 weeks

Will there be class on national holidays?

No, on bank holidays the school is closed. Classes that take place during weeks that have one holiday will not be made up, instead, students will receive a discount for that week. If there are two bank holidays within the same week, the lessons of one day will be recovered on another day of the same week. One-to-one language training will always be recovered completely.

At what time do the courses start?

Usually, the group courses start at 09:00. However, the time depends on how many students we have for a certain group. If we have to reduce the teaching time due to low demand, the course may start later.

Can I start anytime I want?

Our group courses start every Monday for all levels except complete beginners. The courses for complete beginners start on the first and third Monday of every month.

What content will be taught in my class?

The content of the courses depends on the level, but all classes focus on improving the fluency of speaking, listening, reading and writing Spanish. Every Monday, your teacher will explain the content and all the topics you will cover during the week

Will there be homework?

Yes, some teachers may give assignments to be completed after class. Students are welcome to ask for additional material to practice at home.

How big are the classes usually?

Our groups have a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 10. The average number of students in one class is 4-5.

Are there classes on the weekend or in the evening?

Our courses at the school take place in the morning and/or afternoon. We offer online classes with our teachers during the evening or on weekends.

What should I bring to class?

All you need is something to write notes on and a pen.
